this normally cannot be done. Usually you can buy game money for real money, but never have you been able to take money that you have earned in a game and cash it in for real money. That is legally anyway.
In most games if a leader of a company/faction decides to rip off the company and leave with the loot making himself richer and screwing over other players, it is ok, it is part of the game. But in the case of the game EVE, the CEO of the player ran company eBank took 200 billion of players Interstellar Kredits(game currency) and traded it for real money using a black market site. He ended up getting around $5100 dollars to pay off some bills. Wow, way to ruin your reputation.
I think he was banned from the game for this, but unsure.
