On Saturday my wife and I took our son back to the Children's Museum. He had a blast! We started at the dinosaur exhibit because he is dinosaur crazy right now. They had some large fossils and many fun things to do in there. There was places where you could climb under the exhibit and look up through a bubble to see the dinosaur skelletons from a ground view, and my son loved that. There was an area where you could smell different things that a dinosaur might have smelled, and an area where you can look and see through dinosaur eyes. There was an area where the children could dress up as dinosaurs and have fun as well. The was a place I will call the lab(don't know the official name), and in there they were working on cleaning some dinosaur bones, removing them from the rock that was embedded around them. There you could also touch a dinosaur bone and eggs, fossilized of course, but none the less, fun to watch them work. The last area is my son's favorite, it's a place where they can dig for dinosaurs. It's an area where there is some dirt like material that they can dig through(not real dirt, just simulation), they provide goggles and brushes to clear away the dirt. He loves this area, digging to find the dinosaur bones, overall, we had fun. Below is a picture from our previous trip with him in the digging area, and a current picture of the outside of the building, with the dinosaurs nose's lit up for Christmas
